A Fresh Start for Your Space

Mini Reset and Big Reset are prepaid packages for defined organizing services in the listed spaces. We tailor project priorities and the organizing approach during your consultation, before work begins. Packages do not include unlimited work or guarantee completion of every task regardless of effort.

Additional work is optional and agreed in advance at our published hourly rates. Storage products are not included and are purchased only with your approval.

Contact us with your purchase or certificate code to arrange a consultation and available dates. Buying a package does not reserve an appointment. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice; there is no rescheduling fee.

Our organizing packages are available in San Francisco and Marin counties, with no additional travel fees. Please confirm that the home receiving the organizing services is located within one of these counties before purchasing.

Before your first session: You may request a full refund at any time before your first organizing session begins.

After your first session begins: Your package is considered in progress. Any remaining services must be used toward completing your organizing package and are not refundable for customer-initiated cancellations or changes of mind, except where required by law.

If we’re unable to complete your package: If The Kids Room SF is unable to provide the remaining agreed services, we’ll arrange an appropriate refund for the undelivered portion.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days after processing, depending on the payment provider and your financial institution.

Remaining purchased organizing services do not expire, and there are no inactivity fees. Gift packages may be transferred to another eligible recipient at no additional charge; the service address must be within our two-county coverage area. Any cash-redemption or cancellation rights required by law still apply.
